A durable plastic platform with non-skid surface, the Balanced Golfer helps a player find and work with his/her swing center.

Faults like excessive lateral weight-shift, loss of proper posture, takeaway problems where the weight moves too much toward the toes or back to the heels will cause the platform to rock.

The curved protrusions on the bottom feel stable when addressing the ball, but cause the board to wobble if weight moves to their edges.
The Balanced Golfer can be used sideways like a wedge for shortgame work.

This keeps the weight set forward and encourages solid contact with the ball. Unlike foam rollers, the Balanced Golfer won't warp tear over time. Expect the same great feedback year after year. May be used right or left-handed.
